Share your contacts list, emails and other Outlook data with other network users.

CodeTwo Public Folders is a tool designed especially to work with Outlook. It`s main job is to administer and create folders to share with other users, containing your contacts list, emails, calendar, tasks and documents.

The synchronization between folders is done using a LAN and in the background. Users can access shared Outlook folders generated by CodeTwo Public Folders, they can publish and share their data while they are working on them, simultaneously, and it won`t interfere in their work.

NOTE: For CodeTwo Public Folders to work correctly you should install the application into each machine on the network.
